摘要
为了研究相变混凝土箱体结构的自调温效果,本文利用有限元方法,对混凝土箱体结构进行了三维仿真瞬态分析。采用COMSOL软件,建立三维箱梁模型,对普通混凝土和相变混凝土的温度场进行了数值模拟,并对温度场及温度应力数据结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:相变混凝土比普通混凝土有更为良好的延迟升温和降低升降温幅度的效果;普通混凝土的温度梯度高于相变混凝土,温度应力的变化与温度梯度的变化成正比,从而验证了相变混凝土的"自调温"效用。
In order to study the self-regulating effect of the phase change concrete box structure,a three-dimensional simulation transient analysis of the concrete box structure was carried out using the finite element method.Using COMSOL software,a three-dimensional box girder model was established,the temperature field of phase change concrete and ordinary concrete was numerically simulated,and the temperature field and temperature stress data results were compared and analyzed.The results show that:phase change concrete has better effects of delaying temperature rise and reducing the range of temperature rise and fall than ordinary concrete;the temperature gradient of ordinary concrete is higher than that of phase change concrete,and the change of temperature stress is proportional to the change of temperature gradient,thus verifying The"self-regulating"effect of phase change concrete.
