长链非编码RNA AC007271.3与TSGF、SCCA等联合检测对口腔鳞癌的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)AC007271.3分别与肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)及鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)联合检测对口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)的诊断价值。方法选择我院2014年9月—2019年9月收治的160例OSCC患者(研究组)及同期在我院体检健康者160例(对照组),检测所有研究对象血清中AC007271.3、TSGF、SCCA、CEA水平,采用Cox比例风险模型及Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析,并结合临床资料评估4种标志物AC007271.3、SCCA、TSGF、CEA单独检测及联合检测对于OSCC的诊断及预后评估的价值。结果研究组血清中AC007271.3表达水平与对照组比较差异有显著性(t=2.598,P<0.05);并且AC007271.3表达水平与患者肿瘤分期、病理分化程度及有无淋巴结转移有关(t=2.547~3.814,P<0.05)。生存分析结果显示,血清中AC007271.3高表达OSCC患者预后较差(χ^2=4.792,HR=2.507,95%CI=1.097~4.206,P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,AC007271.3+SCCA+TSGF三者联合检测对OSCC的价值优于单独检测AC007271.3、SCCA和TSGF(95%CI=0.905~0.959,P<0.05)。结论血清AC007271.3可作为OSCC诊断的肿瘤标志物,AC007271.3+SCCA+TSGF联合检测有助于OSCC的早期诊断。 Objective To investigate the value of combined measurement of the long non-coding RNA AC007271.3,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),tumor supplied group of factors(TSGF),and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)in the diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods A total of 160 patients with OSCC who were admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2019 were enrolled as study group,and 160 individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period of time were enrolled as control group.The serum levels of AC007271.3,TSGF,SCCA,and CEA were measured for all subjects,and the Cox proportional hazards model and the Kaplan-Meier survival curve were used for analysis.Related clinical data were used to investigate the value of the four markers(AC007271.3,SCCA,TSGF,and CEA)mea-sured alone or in combination in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of OSCC.Results There was a significant difference in the expression level of AC007271.3 in serum between the study group and the control group(t=2.598,P<0.05),and the expression level of AC007271.3 was associated with tumor stage,degree of pathological differentiation,and presence or absence of lymph node metastasis(t=2.547-3.814,P<0.05).The survival analysis showed that the OSCC patients with high expression of AC007271.3 in serum tended to have a poor prognosis(χ^2=4.792,HR=2.507,95%CI=1.097-4.206,P<0.05),and the recei-ver operating characteristics analysis showed that combined measurement of AC007271.3,SCCA,and TSGF had a better value than AC007271.3,SCCA,or TSGF measured alone in the diagnosis of OSCC(95%CI=0.905-0.959,P<0.05).\Conclusion\Serum AC007271.3 can be used as a tumor marker for the diagnosis of OSCC,and combined measurement of AC007271.3,SCCA,and TSGF may help with the early diagnosis of OSCC.
