数字化技术辅助下下颌角截骨轮廓整形手术的效果 被引量:1

EFFECT OF MANDIBULAR ANGLE OSTEOTOMY AND CONTOUR PLASTIC SURGERY ASSISTED BY DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

摘要 目的探讨数字化技术辅助下下颌角截骨轮廓整形手术的手术方法及临床效果。方法选取空军军医大学第三附属医院行下颌角截骨轮廓整形的20例患者,术前均行颅脑CT扫描并三维重建,参考面部协调性及美观的需求设计个性化截骨手术方案,根据截骨线设计改良个性化手术截骨导板,并于截骨导板引导下完成下颌角截骨手术;术后2周颅脑CT扫描,并与虚拟手术设计对比,评估手术精度。结果20例患者术后面部轮廓曲线柔和流畅,患者均对自己术后面型满意。创口均一期愈合,无下颌神经管损伤,无感染、血肿、张口困难等并发症,手术误差平均小于1 mm,最大误差3.60 mm。结论数字化技术辅助下下颌角截骨轮廓整形手术的准确性、安全性较高,术后患者满意。 Objective To investigate the surgical method and clinical effect of mandibular angle osteotomy and contour plastic surgery assisted by digital technology.Methods A total of 20 patients who underwent mandibular angle osteotomy and contour plastic surgery in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University were enrolled,and all patients underwent brain CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction before surgery.A personalized osteotomy plan was designed according to the requirements of facial coordination and beauty,a personalized osteotomy guide plate was designed according to the osteotomy line,and mandibular angle osteotomy was completed under the guidance of the osteotomy guide plate.Brain CT scan was performed at 2 weeks after surgery,and a comparative analysis was made with the virtual surgery design to evaluate the accuracy of surgery.Results\The facial contour curve was soft and smooth for all 20 patients,and all patients were satisfied with the facial shape after surgery.All wounds achieved primary healing,without mandibular nerve tube injury and complications such as infection,hematoma,and trismus.The mean surgical error was<1 mm,and the maximum surgical error was 3.60 mm.Conclusion Mandibular angle osteotomy and contour plastic surgery assisted by digital technology has relatively high accuracy,safety,and patient satisfaction after surgery.
