高校内部巡察中精准发现问题探析

Accurate detection of problems is the necessity for colleges and universities to enhance the quality of their internal inspection and promote the modernization of their governance system and ability.The accuracy is restricted by such factors as inadequate preparation,inaccurate political orientation,inflexible methods,and undefined focuses.In order to practically guarantee the success of the inspection,colleges and universities must take into account their own realities and conditions,stick to the political orientation,make full preparation,scientifically and accurately implement their strategies,pay close attention to key links and focus on major priorities,and explore the paths of accurate detection as well.
