蕤核综合价值的研究进展

Research Progress on Comprehensive Value of Prinsepia uniflora

蕤核作为西北干旱区常见的旱生灌木,其果实、种仁及叶片均具有较高的经济价值和开发前景。本文综述了蕤核的果实化学成分、果实营养价值、蕤仁的药用价值及蕤仁油的食用开发价值,展望了蕤核的研究前景,为蕤核资源的挖掘与进一步研究提供参考。

As a common xerophyte shrub in the arid area of Northwest China,the fruit,seed kernel and leaf of Prinsepia uniflora have high economic value and development prospect.In this paper,the chemical composition,nutritional value,medicinal value and edible exploitation value of the fruit of Prinsepia uniflora are summarized,and the research prospect of Prinsepia uniflora is prospected.It will provide references for the mining and further research of the resources.
