为提升疫情影响下高校学生复学后的应急管理水平,在把握其重要意义和深刻内涵的基础上构建了“三三三”应急管理体系。该体系重在围绕严守“三大阵地”筑牢“三条防线”夯实“三大根基”为主体并巧妙融入思想政治教育的元素和“基因”搭建而成,能够为学生复学后疫情影响下的校园应急管理提供一定的参考和支撑,进一步提升校园疫情防控和突发事件应急处置能力,稳步增强思政教育的亲和力和针对性,实现校园疫情防控和提升思政教育实效双胜利。
