农村学校校长的哪些领导实践能增强学校效能?--基于黑龙江、辽宁、山东三省的实证调查

摘要 农村学校效能的提升是义务教育均衡发展以及质量提升的重要前提。农村学校效能的提升离不开校长的有效领导。通过对黑龙江、辽宁,山东3省农村学校的实证调查发现:农村学校校长不同维度的领导实践对学校效能增强均有显著的独立影响;在不同学校特征下,不同维度的领导实践对学校效能增强的力度存在差异;积极的学校文化在校长领导实践对学校效能增强间起着正向中介作用。农村校长可以通过重视教学领导实践;加大不同农村学校特征下的优势领导实践;创设积极学校文化等措施来增强学校效能。 The promotion of rural school efficiency is an important prerequisite for the balanced development and quality improvement of compulsory education.The efficiency of rural schools can not be improved without the effective leadership of principals.Through the empirical investigation of rural schools in Heilongjiang, Liaoning and Shandong provinces, it is found that: the leadership practice of rural school principals in different dimensions has significant independent influence on school effectiveness enhancement;under different school characteristics, different dimensions of leadership practice have differences in the strength of school effectiveness enhancement;the positive school culture plays a positive intermediary role between the principal leadership practice and the school effectiveness enhancement;rural principals can pay attention to teaching leadership practice;strengthen the practice of superior leadership under the characteristics of different rural schools;create positive school culture and other measures to enhance school effectiveness.
