中华民族精神的深刻内涵蕴含在各地方优秀文化之中,弘扬中华民族精神,就是要大力传承地方优秀文化。地方优秀文化所承载的深厚价值内涵与意义底蕴铭刻着人们对美,善、崇高等的向往和追求,它通过影响人,塑造人,激励人的方式来实现“以文化人”。思想政治理论课是传播中华民族精神的主渠道,把地方优秀文化融入思想政治理论课中就成了应有之义。只有深入发掘地方优秀文化的深刻内涵、结合时代要求拓展地方优秀文化的外延、打造地方优秀文化遗址遗迹的实践教学基地,融地方优秀文化于校园文化建设中,才能使地方优秀文化在思想政治理论课中的功能得以充分发挥,才能使地方优秀文化的价值内涵与意义底蕴在教育对象中入脑、入心入行。

The profound connotation of the Chinese national spirit is contained in the local excellent culture. To carry forward the Chinese national spirit is to vigorously inherit the local excellent culture. The profound value connotation and significance of local excellent culture is engraved with people’s yearning and pursuit for beauty, goodness and loftiness. It realizes "culture edification" by means of influencing, shaping and motivating people. The ideological and political theory course is the main channel to spread the spirit of the Chinese nation. It is necessary to integrate the local excellent culture into the ideological and political theory course. Only by deeply exploring the profound connotation of local excellent culture, expanding the extension of local excellent culture in combination with the requirements of the times, building a practical teaching base of local excellent cultural relics, and integrating local excellent culture into the construction of campus culture, can the function of local excellent culture in the course of ideological and political theory be brought into full play, and the value connotation and meaning of local excellent culture can be entered into the brain, heart and practice of the object of education.
