摘要
目的:探讨640层容积CT增强扫描在正常人左心室功能临床测量的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析80例正常人心640层容积CT增强扫描的影像学资料,应用标准的心肌17节段分法,测量左心室射血分数(EF)、舒张末容积(EDV)、收缩末容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)、肌块质量、舒张末心肌厚度、收缩末心肌厚度、心肌收缩增厚、心肌收缩增厚率等指标。结果:左心室EDV,男性(132.1±28.3)mL,女性(90.2±21.2)mL;左心室ESV,男性(43.3±13.5)mL,女性(31.3±7.4)mL;左心室SV,男性(90.4±19.2)mL,女性(63.5±14.1)mL;左心室EF,男性(65.5%±4.7)%,女性(64.3%±6.4)%;左心室肌块质量,男性(98.6±15.8)g,女性(78.7±11.6)g;左心室舒张末心肌厚度,男性(7.4±1.2)mm,女性(6.1±1.1)mm;左心室收缩末心肌厚度,男性(14.0±1.5)mm,女性(11.8±1.3)mm;左心室心肌收缩增厚,男性(6.6±0.7)mm,女性(5.7±1.0)mm;左心室心肌收缩增厚率,男性(74.1±15.3)%,女性(92.5±21.2)%。结论:心640层容积CT增强图像可提供正常人心室和心肌的解剖与功能信息,为心脏疾病的定性及定量诊断提供依据。
Objective:To investigate the application value of measurement of left ventricle function in normal people with 640-slice volume CT.Methods:640-slice volume enhanced CT images of eighty normal persons were analyzed retrospectively,with 17-segment model left ventricle segmentation,ejection fraction(EF),end-diastolic volume(EDV),end-systolic volume(ESV),stroke volume(SV),left ventricle mass(LVM),end-diastolic left ventricular wall thickness,end-systolic left ventricular wall thickness,wall thickening and wall thickening percentage.Results:The EDV of males and females were(132.1±28.3)mL and(90.2±21.2)mL,respectively.The ESV of males and females were(43.3±13.5)mL and(31.3±7.4)mL,respectively.The SV of males and females were(90.4±19.2)mL and(63.5±14.1)mL.The EF of males and females were(65.5±4.7)%and(64.3±6.4)%,respectively.The LVM of males and females were(98.6±15.8)g and(78.7±11.6)g,respectively.The enddiastolic left ventricular wall thickness of males and females were(7.4±1.2)mm and(6.1±1.1)mm;end-systolic left ventricular wall thickness of males and females were(14.0±1.5)mm and(11.8±1.3)mm,respectively.The wall thickening of males and females were(6.6±0.7)mm and(5.7±1.0)mm;the wall thickening percentage of males and females were(74.1±15.3)%and(92.5±21.2)%.Conclusion:640-slice volume enhanced CT images can provide anatomical and functional information of the left ventricle for diagnosis of heart diseases.
