Gold is significant to national economy and social development with triple nature in it which are commodity,currency and finance.In light that China has insufficient gold reserves and gold production capacity,the theoretical logic behind gold and the Belt and Road Initiative is discussed,including the cultural exchange logic,the financial logic and the resource development logic,before the considerations and revelations on gold integration into the Belt and Road Initiative are proposed.The Belt and Road Initiative offers new development opportunity for China gold market.China gold market should firmly insist on"going out",comprehensively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the countries along the Belt and Road,carry out multi-level and all-out exchange and cooperation,promote the transformation and upgrade of Chinese gold enterprises,and realize comprehensive,sustainable and internationalized deve-lopment of China gold market.
