新型深孔爆破快速封孔材料及封孔新工艺 被引量:4

New Rapid Sealing Material of Deep Hole Blasting and Its Process

摘要 为了解决大倾角深孔爆破施工过程中封孔难度大、效果差以及效率低下等问题,研制出一种新型深孔爆破快速封孔材料及新工艺。该材料具备快凝、易输送、早强等特性,0.8∶1水灰比条件下的材料凝固时间缩短至1.5 min,固结体1 h强度可达3.2 MPa、2 h强度高达10.5 MPa,同时对该材料进行了抗冲击能力分析;配合简单、快速的深孔爆破封孔材料泵送新工艺,实现快速、准确达到封孔长度的要求。将该材料及新工艺应用于工程实际,现场试验结果表明:单个炮孔封孔仅用时15 min,封孔作业人数减至2人,一次起爆3个孔仅需4 h,降低了作业难度、减少了作业时间,爆破后顶板完整,爆破效果良好。 To solve the problems of difficult sealing,poor effect and low efficiency in the construction process of deep hole blasting with large inclination angle,a new type of fast sealing material and process of deep hole blasting are developed.The material has the characteristics of fast setting,easy transportation,early strength,etc.The material solidification time is shortened to 1.5 min under the condition of water-cement ratio 0.8∶1,the 1 h strength of the consolidated body can reach 3.2 MPa,the 2 h strength is up to 10.5 MPa,and the impact resistance of the material is analyzed.Combined with the new simple and fast pumping process for deep hole blasting sealing material,the fast and accurate requirements of sealing hole length can achieve.At the same time,the new material and technology are applied in the engineering practice.The field test results show that sealing a single blasting hole only takes 15 minutes,the number of hole sealing operators is reduced to 2,and it takes only 4 h to detonate three holes at a time,which reduces the difficulty of operation and the working time.The roof is complete after blasting,and the blasting effect is good.
