无需再论中医是不是科学

No more need to argue whether traditional Chinese medicine is a science or not

本文从针灸疗法的发展过程中传统针灸与自然科学结合的事实出发,认为应对"中医是不是科学"这一问题进行反思。首先,本文使用概念分析的方法,揭示此提问中"科学"一词在日常语境与专业术语的语境中具有不同含义,从而澄清这一问题在不同语境中的准确表述。其次,本文从历史的角度分析这一问题提出的原因,揭示这一问题背后隐含的是错误的唯科学主义思想。接着本文通过阐释医学的基本目的是救死扶伤而非成为精确的科学,倡导科学应是发展中医的手段而非目的。最后,本文认为"中医是不是科学"作为一个无意义的问题无需再讨论。

Based on the fact that the traditional acupuncture was combined with nature science in the development of acupuncture therapy,this paper holds that the question"is traditional Chinese medicine a science"should be reflected.Firstly,this paper uses the method of conceptual analysis to reveal that the word"science"in this question has different meanings in the daily context and professional context,and then clarify the accurate expression of this question in different contexts.Secondly,this paper analyzes the reasons for the question from a historical perspective,and reveals the underlying wrong idea of scientism in this question.Then this paper explains that the basic purpose of medicine is to heal the wounded and rescue the dying rather than to become an accurate science,and advocates that science should be the means rather than the purpose of developing traditional Chinese medicine.Finally,this paper argues that the question"is traditional Chinese medicine a science"is pointless and has no more need to discuss.
