摘要
陶瓷材料以其优异的低密度、高强度、高硬度等性能替代了传统金属防弹材料,被广泛应用在防弹装甲领域。笔者综述了常用的碳化硅、碳化硼及氧化铝防弹陶瓷性能特点及烧结工艺,分析了防弹陶瓷的市场发展前景,并对防弹陶瓷进行了展望。
Ceramic materials have replaced traditional metal bulletproof materials with their excellent low density,high strength,and high hardness,and are widely used in the field of bulletproof armor.This article reviewed the performance characteristics and sintering process of commonly used silicon carbide,boron carbide and alumina bulletproof ceramics,analyzed the market development of bulletproof ceramics,and prospected for bulletproof ceramics.
