摘要
本文旨在了解南宁高校大学生食生活状况。自行设计问卷调查,从大学生的食物认知、饮食方式、饮食卫生3方面入手,进行调查分析。研究结果表明:当前学生存在食物认知能力差、饮食方式不健康、饮食不卫生问题。应进一步加强南宁高校大学生的食物认知能力,促使其形成健康的的饮食方式和饮食卫生,提出在高校推广食农教育的解决对策。
This paper aims to understand the food and living conditions of college students in Nanning.Methods:a self-designed questionnaire survey was carried out from three aspects of College Students’food cognition,diet style and diet hygiene.The results show that:the current students have poor food cognitive ability,unhealthy diet and unhealthy diet.Nanning College Students’food cognitive ability,healthy diet style and food hygiene should be further strengthened.In order to solve these problems,the countermeasures of popularizing food agriculture education in colleges and universities are put forward.
