摘要 我国是一个人口大国,食品问题一直是全民关注的重点。从世界范围来看,其受重视程度也在不断提升,已经成为社会发展中的共性问题。现阶段的食品问题主要体现在食品不卫生,比如表面有化学药品残留,气候环境污染,生产加工环节操作不规范导致的相关材料发生变质,影响食用者的健康。下面针对目前各个环节中常见的问题进行适当阐述,仅供参考。 China is a country with a large population,and the food problem has always been the focus of attention of the whole people.From a global perspective,the degree of attention is also increasing,which has become a common problem of social development.At present,food problems are mainly reflected in unsanitary food,such as chemical residues on the surface,pollution caused by climate and environment,and poor hygiene in production and processing,which lead to deterioration of relevant materials and affect the health of consumers.In this paper,the common problems in various links are properly described for reference only.
