摘要 近年来,随着我国经济社会的不断进步和发展,人民群众的物质文化水平也在不断提高,食品安全问题成为了人民群众普遍关注的焦点问题,相关的食品包装材料的安全性也引起越来越多的重视。在我国的食品包装材料中,塑料包装产品占有很大的比例,所以,人们对塑料包装产品安全性的关注度尤为高。塑料包装产品存在潜在安全隐患,主要是因为原材料缺陷以及生产加工工艺的偏离,造成塑料包装产品上残留了对人身体有害的物质,人们长期使用不合格的食品塑料包装产品,会影响身体健康。本文主要分析了塑料食品包装材料的现状及特点,探究了塑料食品包装的质量检验方法。 In recent years,with the continuous progress and development of China’s economy and society,the people’s material and cultural is also constantly improving.Food safety has become the focus of people’s attention,and the safety of related food packaging materials has attracted more and more attention.In China’s food packaging materials,food plastic packaging products occupy a large proportion.So people pay more attention to the safety of plastic packaging products.At present,in a variety of largescale reports at home and abroad or in the analysis of some testing data of food plastic packaging products,it is not difficult to see that plastic packaging products have potential safety risks.There are potential safety risks in material packaging products.Mainly because of the defects of raw materials and the deviation of production and processing technology control,resulting in residues of harmful substances on the plastic packaging products,and people use them unqualified for a long time Food plastic packaging products,will affect people’s health.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and characteristics of plastic food packaging materials,and specifically explores the quality inspection methods of plastic food packaging.
