摘要
目前我国冷链物流存在着基础设施不足,专业人才匮乏,质量追溯体系及平台建设滞后等问题。通过调研,从加强立法,建立全过程追溯体系,完善食品标识制度,制定冷链物流相关标准,加强冷链食品安全监管执法等方面为我国冷链物流食品安全的法治监管提出对策建议,以促进我国《食品安全法》的有效实施。
At present,there are some problems in cold-chain logistics in China,such as insufficient infrastructure,lack of professional talents,development lag of quality traceability system and platform construction.Through investigation and research,from strengthening legislation,establishing the whole process traceability system,perfecting the food marking system,formulating the relevant standards of cold chain logistics,strengthening the supervision and enforcement of coldchain food safety,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the supervision legislation of food safety in cold-chain logistics in China,and promote the effective implementation of the Food Safety Law of China.
