摘要
随着时代的发展,经济的快速进步,我国人民对食品安全的重视程度有了明显提升。食品安全是指从食品的原材料、生产、包装直到销售这一系列生产流程的安全。而随着时代的发展,我国的食品安全标准体系也发生了一系列改变。本文将针对我国现阶段食品安全标准存在的问题,以及未来的改进措施与方向进行深入研究,从而使我国的食品安全得到保障,使食品安全问题对人们身体健康的影响降到最低。
With the development of the times and the rapid progress of economy,the importance of food safety has been significantly improved.Food safety is from the use of food raw materials,production,packaging and sales of this series of production process safety.With the development of the times,a series of changes have taken place in China’s food safety standard system.This paper will focus on the existing problems of food safety standards in China at this stage,as well as the measures and direction of future improvement to carry out a series of in-depth research,strive to make China’s food safety get adequate protection,make the impact of food safety on people’s health to the minimum.
