婴幼儿乳粉中37种脂肪酸的测定

摘要 使用气相色谱法(GC-FID)对乳粉中37种脂肪酸进行检测,比较不同水解方法、甲酯化方法和定量方法,建立最优前处理方法和定量方式。结果表明,采用乙酰氯甲醇法前处理,内标法定量,不仅测试结果更为准确、回收率高、重现性好,还具有测试周期短、操作简单等优点。该方法可实现婴幼儿乳粉中37种脂肪酸的快速测定。 The fatty acid in formula powder were determined with gas chromatograph.Different method of hydrolysis in fatty acid testing program were compared,which include acid hydrolysis method,alkali hydrolysis method and trifluoridemethanol esterification.The results showed that boron trifluoride-methanol esterification with internal standard method of quantification was the optimal method for fatty acid analysis in the formula powder,which had advantages such as easy operation,accurate results with a high recovery.This method was suitable for formula powder.
