摘要
为发掘大方县猕猴桃的品质和特色,以大方县猕猴桃主产区长石镇、理化苗族彝族乡种植的贵长猕猴桃与新西兰进口金果猕猴桃为研究对象,检测了3种猕猴桃可食用果肉部分的主要营养成分含量。结果表明,大方县贵长猕猴桃中钙、钾、锰、磷等微量元素、不饱和脂肪酸与膳食纤维含量均高于新西兰金果猕猴桃。通过对猕猴桃产品营养成分的分析与特色化宣传推广,将进一步推动猕猴桃产销对接、实现优质优价,提升猕猴桃产业发展质量,促进贫困地区经济可持续发展,为乡村振兴奠定基础。
In order to explore the quality and characteristics of kiwifruit which grown in Dafang County.We selected Guichang kiwifruit from two different production areas in Dafang County and kiwifruit in New Zealand as the research objects.The main nutritive components of three kinds of kiwifruit were determined.The results showed that the contents of calcium,potassium,manganese,phosphorus,unsaturated fatty acids and dietary fiber in Guichang kiwifruit in Dafang County were higher than those in New Zealand Kiwi fruit.Through the analysis of the nutritional components of kiwifruit products and the promotion of its characteristics will further promote the production and sale of kiwi fruit.This can also improve the quality of kiwi fruit industry development,promote sustainable economic development in poor areas,and lay a foundation for Rural Revitalization.
