摘要
随着国民教育水平的提高,我国消费者对食品安全的要求也越来越高。食品安全的检测成为研究的一个重点方向。本文通过对酶联免疫吸附试验的产生和在食品安全具体方面的检测进行阐述,为酶联免疫吸附试验在食品检测上更广泛的应用指明方向,使酶联免疫吸附试验能更有效地保障食品安全。
With the improvement of national education level,Chinese consumers have higher and higher requirements for food safety.The detection of food safety has become an important research direction.In this paper,the emergence of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and its detection in specific aspects of food safety were described,which pointed out the direction for the wider application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent test in food detection,so that the enzyme-linked immunosorbent test can more effectively protect food safety.
