Food physical and chemical inspection is an important measure to ensure food quality,and its test results are important indicators to measure food hygiene quality,which provides a strong guarantee for food safety.In the process of food physical and chemical inspection,effective quality control methods should be adopted to ensure the quality of food inspection.In this paper,the methods of trace elements in food physical and chemical inspection were analyzed and studied,and the accuracy and efficiency of inspection were discussed through scientific inspection methods and processes,in order to provide reference for food trace element inspection.
