摘要
本文以A市学校食堂为研究对象,对食品安全进行全方位的风险排查。根据调查结果分析统计得出目前A市中小学学校食堂食品安全存在的问题,然后根据整改情况,分析食堂安全风险存在的原因,并结合工作中遇到的实际情况,提出提升中小学学校食堂食品完全的对策和建议。
This article takes A city school canteens as the object,carries on the omni-directional risk investigation to the food safety。According to the investigation result,the analysis statistics obtains at present a city school canteen food safety existence question,then according to the rectification situation,this paper analyzes the reasons for the safety risks in the canteen,and connecting with the actual situation encountered in the work,advances some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the food safety in the canteen of primary and middle schools.
