规范化管理在口腔门诊中的应用

Application of Standardized Management in Dental Clinic

目的分析规范化管理在口腔门诊中的应用效果。方法于2018年8月—2019年6月作为研究阶段,以2019年1月作为时间节点进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,以口腔门诊18名护理人员作为管理对象,两个组分别筛选出70例患者作参与研究,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用规范化护理管理,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组院内感染发生率2.86%低于对照组11.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率95.71%(67/70)高于对照组68.57%(48/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对口腔门诊患者开展规范化管理有利于控制医院感染发生率,建立和谐护患环境,提升护理满意度,值得医院管理工作参考此种管理模式。

Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized management in dental clinics.Methods From August 2018 to June 2019 as the research phase,and January 2019 as the time node for grouping,divided into control group and observation group,18 nurses in the dental clinic as management objects,the two groups respectively selected 70 patients participate in research.The control group adopted conventional nursing management and the observation group adopted standardized nursing management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 2.86%lower than that in the control group 11.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.71%(67/70)higher than that of the control group 68.57%(48/70),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management for dental clinic patients is beneficial to control the incidence of nosocomial infections,establish a harmonious nurse-patient environment and improve nursing satisfaction,and it is worthy of hospital management to reference this management model.
