护理风险管理在精神科管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Nursing Risk Management in Psychiatric Management

目的探讨和研究精神科患者临床管理中应用护理风险管理的应用效果。方法将2016年12月—2017年8月在精神科中接受治疗的120例精神疾病患者作为研究对象,以护理模式为标准,将这120例精神疾病患者均分为60例的对照组和实验组,其中对照组患者在临床中应用常规护理措施进行干预,实验组患者在临床中应用护理风险管理进行干预,分析并对比两组患者在临床护理中风险事件的发生率以及患者对不同护理模式的满意度。结果对照组患者中风险事件发生26例,实验组患者的风险事件发生9例,实验组患者风险事件的发生率明显要低于对照组患者;在护理满意度方面,对照组患者满意22例,基本满意25例,不满意13例;实验组患者满意25例,基本满意34例,不满意1例,实验组患者的满意度明显要高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理是一种有效的护理手段,将护理风险管理应用到精神科管理中,可以有效减少风险事件的发生,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore and study the application effect of nursing risk management in the clinical management of psychiatric patients.Methods 120 patients with mental illness who were treated in the psychiatric department from December 2016 to August 2017 were taken as the research objects.The nursing model was used as the standard.These 120 patients with mental illness were divided into a control group and an experimental group of 60 cases each.The patients in the control group were intervened by routine nursing measures in the clinic,and the patients in the experimental group were intervened by nursing risk management in the clinic.The two groups were analyzed and compared of the incidence of risk events in clinical care of patients and the satisfaction of patients with different care modes.Results 26 risk events occurred in the control group and 9 risk events occurred in the experimental group.The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group;In terms of the care satisfactory degree,22 patients in the control group were satisfied,25 were basically satisfied,and 13 were dissatisfied;in the experimental group,25 were satisfied,34 were basically satisfied,and 1 was dissatisfied.The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management is an effective nursing method that applies nursing risk management to psychiatric management,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events and improve patient care satisfaction.
