护理风险管理机制在脑梗塞患者护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management Mechanism in Nursing Quality Management of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探究护理风险管理在脑梗塞患者护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法将2017年10月—2018年9月期间该院30名护理人员作为对照组,将2018年10月—2019年9月期间该院32名护理人员作为研究组,对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组实施护理风险管理,对两组护理人员护理质量及期间患者的护理满意度情况进行评估。结果研究组消毒隔离、急救物品、病历书写、普通护理及危重护理评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.219、2.902、2.814、2.560、2.078,P<0.05);研究组患者非常满意率(77.50%)和总满意率(98.75%)显著高于对照组患者非常满意率(56.25%)和总满意率(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.131,P<0.05)。结论在脑梗塞患者护理期间实施护理风险管理,可有效提高护理质量,显著提高患者护理满意度,对于提高患者治疗效果、改善预后具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in the nursing quality management of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From October 2017 to September 2018,30 nursing staff in the hospital were used as the control group,and 32 nursing staff in the hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were used as the study group,and the control group implemented routine nursing management,the research group implemented nursing risk management,and evaluated the nursing quality of the two groups of nursing staff and the nursing satisfaction of patients during the period.Results The scores of disinfection and isolation,first aid supplies,medical record writing,general care and critical care in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=2.219,2.902,2.814,2.560,2.078,P<0.05);the very satisfied rate(77.50%)and the total satisfaction rate(98.75%)of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(56.25%)and the total satisfaction rate(85.00%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.131,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management during the nursing period of patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the quality of care and significantly improve the satisfaction of patients with care.It is of great significance for improving the treatment effect of patients and improving the prognosis.
