研究护理风险管理在综合内科病房中应用的效果

Study the Effect of Nursing Risk Management in the Comprehensive Medical Ward

目的探讨综合内科病房中护理风险管理的应用价值。方法以2015年2—10月为选取期间,选取40名护理人员以及78例患者为该文研究对象,采用随机数字表法的形式分为实验组和对照组,每组20名护理人员和39例患者。记录两组护理工作情况以及护理质量分值。结果实验组护理投诉0.00%和纠纷率5.00%低于对照组20.00%、30.00%,实验组患者(n=39)对护理满意度94.87%(37/39)高于对照组79.49%(31/39),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组基础护理评分(91.85±0.98)分、病房管理(96.68±0.91)分值以及制度管理(97.22±1.57)分高于对照组(88.40±1.65)分、(91.00±1.18)分、(90.42±3.38)分,实验组的风险事件发生率为5.13%,对照组为20.51%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理应用于综合内科病房管理中,有利于满意度提升,投诉率和纠纷率的下降,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in comprehensive internal medicine wards.Methods During the selection period from February to 2015 October,40 nursing staff and 78 patients were selected as the research objects in this article,and they were divided into experimental group and control group in the form of random number table,with 20 nursing staff and 39 patients in each group.Record the nursing work status and nursing quality scores of the two groups.Results The nursing complaint rate of 0.00%and the dispute rate of 5.00%in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 20.00%and 30.00%.The patients in the experimental group(n=39)had higher nursing satisfaction 94.87%(37/39)than the control group 79.49%(31/39).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing(91.85±0.98)points,ward management(96.68±0.91)points and system management(97.22±1.57)points of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(88.40±1.65)points,(91.00±1.18)points,(90.42±3.38)points,the risk event rate of the experimental group was 5.13%,and that of the control group was 20.51%.There was statistical significance in the comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the management of comprehensive medical wards is beneficial to the improvement of satisfaction,the reduction of complaint rate and dispute rate,which has an important effect on clinical research.
