连续性全方位带教模式在内科护理带教中的效果分析

摘要 目的连续性全方位带教模式在内科护理带教中的效果分析。方法选取2018年8月—2019年6月在该院内科接收的50名护理实习生为对象,依据入职实习生选用的带教方法的差异,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组25名。对照组采用标准的带教模式进行带教,研究组采用连续性全方位带教模式进行带教。对比两组新入职护理实习生出科考试成绩以及教师对学生的护理满意度。结果研究组实习生的出科考试成绩中,基础知识、护理操作、护患关系的分值均高于对照组,教学效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在研究组采用连续性全方位带教模式后,研究组教师对实习生护理效果的总满意度(96.00%)明显高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科新入职护理实习生的培训过程中采用连续性全方位带教模式进行带教,能够带动实习生更有效地掌握教学内容知识,优化其护理技能,进一步提升教学效率。 Objective To analyze the effect of continuous comprehensive teaching mode in internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods The study period was selected from August 2018 to June 2019,and 50 nursing interns received in the internal medicine department of the hospital were selected as objects.According to the differences in the teaching methods selected by the internships,they were divided into a control group and a study group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given a standard teaching model for teaching,and the research group was given a continuous and all-round teaching model for practice teaching.Compare the scores of the two groups of newly recruited nursing interns and the teacher's nursing satisfaction with the students.Results Under the application of two different teaching methods,the scores of basic knowledge,nursing operation,and nurse-patient relationship of the interns in the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the teaching effect was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the study group adopted the continuous omni-directional teaching model,the total satisfaction of the teachers in the study group with the nursing effect of interns(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the training process of newly recruited nursing interns in internal medicine,the continuous and comprehensive teaching mode can be used to guide interns to better and effectively master the teaching content knowledge,optimize their nursing skills,and further improve teaching efficiency.
