摘要
目的分析PBL教学法在癌症疼痛护理带教中的效果观察及知识知晓率影响。方法以护理专业2017年9月—2019年7月进入该院实习的100名实习护士作为研究对象,使用盲选法将实习护士分为对照组、实验组,每组人数为50名。对照组应用传统教学模式,实验组实施PBL教学法,对比两组教学质量、知识知晓率以及教学满意率。结果实验组教学质量以及知识知晓率比对照组均更加理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习护士对于教学的满意率评价比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌症疼痛护理带教在实施的过程中引入PBL教学法,实习护士对于知识的了解更加深入,教学质量提升,同时对于癌症疼痛相应知识的知晓率改善,并且教学模式得到的认可度较高,教学效果理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in cancer pain nursing teaching and the influence of knowledge awareness rate.Methods 100 nurse practitioners who entered the hospital from September 2017 to July 2019 in the nursing major were used as the research objects.The practice nurses were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a blind selection method,with 50 students in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching model,and the experimental group implemented the PBL teaching method.The teaching quality,knowledge awareness rate and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching quality and knowledge awareness rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the appraisal of the satisfaction rate of the training nurses in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method is introduced in the implementation of cancer pain nursing teaching.The trainee nurses have a deeper understanding of knowledge and the quality of teaching is improved.At the same time,the awareness rate of cancer pain related knowledge is improved,and the teaching mode is recognized by a higher degree,the teaching effect is ideal.
