肾内科护理实习带教中应用问题式教学法的价值评定 被引量:5

摘要 目的肾内科护理实习带教中应用问题式教学法的价值评定。方法该次调查,以随机的方式选取2018年5月—2019年9月期间在科室进行实习的护生共计68名作为调研对象。根据随机的方式将护生分为2组,每组34名。对比组采用常规带教方式,实验组采用了问题式教学法,分析两组最终带教结果。结果实验组护理实习生的最终理论知识及实践护理考核评分较高,其主动学习积极性、语言沟通能力、临床应变能力、团队合作精神及对教学方法满意度各项评分指标均明显提高,上述指标结果同对比组护理实习生的考核结果比较均已具备显著优势,两组之间的各项指标数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾内科护理实习带教中,问题式教学法可以作为首选的带教方案,应用效果理想,值得广泛推荐与实施。 Objective To evaluate the value of applying problem-based teaching method in nursing practice teaching of nephrology.Methods In this survey,a total of 68 nursing students who were internships in the department during from May 2018 to September 2019 were randomly selected as the survey objects.Nursing students were divided into 2 groups according to a random method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the experimental group used question-based teaching methods.Analyze the final teaching results of the two groups.Results The final theoretical knowledge and practical nursing assessment scores of the nursing interns in the experimental group were higher,and their active learning enthusiasm,language communication ability,clinical resilience,team spirit and satisfaction with teaching methods were all obvious compared with the evaluation results of nursing interns in the comparison group,the above index results had significant advantages.The index data between the two groups compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing practice teaching of nephrology,problem-based teaching method can be used as the first choice of teaching plan,the application effect is ideal,and it is worthy of extensive recommendation and implementation.
