摘要
为探索资源环境承载力评价和国土空间适宜性评价在城市建设空间规划中的应用,选取土地资源和水资源两项自然要素,粗略估计武汉市水土资源可承载的人口规模,结合土地建设开发适宜性评价和再开发潜力评价,以区县为单元进行武汉市建设空间优化研究,为城市发展战略制定和新一轮国土空间规划提供参考。
In order to explore the application of the carrying capacity evaluation of resources and environment and territorial space suitability evaluation in urban construction space planning,the paper selects two natural elements of land resources and water resources,to roughly estimate the population size of water and soil resources can carry in Wuhan city.According to the suitability evaluation of land construction and development and the evaluation of redevelopment potential,the paper studies the optimization of construction space in Wuhan with districts and counties as units,and provides reference for the formulation of urban development strategy and a new round of territorial space planning.
