红甜菜的营养及功效的研究进展 被引量:2

Advances of Red Beet(Beta Vulgaris Esculenta)in Research of the Nutritional Value and Medicinal Function

摘要 红甜菜在营养保健和药用功效上都表现出了积极地作用,因此红甜菜成为众多科技工作者研究的重要对象之一。文章针对红甜菜的化学成分、生物学效应及其在药用领域的应用进行了详细的阐述,着重介绍了红甜菜及其提取物(如红甜菜碱、硝酸盐等)在抗氧化性、降血压、降血糖、降血脂、促进人体内的铁代谢和消化系统运行方面具有良好效用;同时还重点介绍了红甜菜及其提取物在防癌保肝、预防阿尔茨海默病和抵抗疲劳、提高运动效率等方面的积极作用。本综述的目的是探讨红甜菜的生物学效应、药用领域的应用和研究的新趋势,为新的功能性食品和临床药物的研发提供理论依据和实践参考。 Red beet has played an active role in nutrition,health care and medical function.Therefore,red beet has become one of the important research objects of numerous scientific and technological workers.In the review information on the nutritional value and biological effects of red beet as well as application of red beet in medicinal field are presented.In details the red beet red beet and its extracts(such as betaine and nitrate)positive functions have been described.Analyzed reports abound on antioxidant,anti-hypertension,anti-hyperglycemic,anti-hyperlipidemic,its genially impact on iron metabolism and digestive in the human body.Meanwhile,the first information on red beet and its extracts impact on chemo-preventive is summarized.Chemo-preventive of Beta vulgaris,which led to the appearance of prevention of cancer,protecting liver,Alzheimer's disease prevention,antifatigue,as well as efficiency exercise performance,are described.The aim of this review is to discuss red beet biological effects and new trends in the studies,targeted on development of new functional food products as well as medicines.
