摘要 为了更精确地测量硅异质结太阳电池的电性能参数,研究了有无偏置光对相对光谱响应测试的影响,分析了不同扫描时间、扫描方向、探针排遮挡、太阳电池测试台背面反射率等因素对测试的影响,确立了合理的硅异质结太阳电池的测试方法,对提高硅异质结电池测试准确度与精度提供了参考意义。 For accurate measurement of HJT solar cells,in this paper,the influences of the relative spectral response test with and without bias light are studied.The sweep time and direction,probe shading and the reflectance of measurement stage are analyzed.A reasonable HJT solar cells measurement method is established,which provides some reference for improving the measurement accuracy of HJT solar cells.
