摘要
分析了透明网格背板的关键技术指标,通过无机纳米杂化材料改性涂层,使背板具有了极佳的耐紫外性能;通过不同折光指数膜层的组合,提高了可见光透过率;在透明背板上引入白色高反射网格提高了太阳能电池组件的发电效率。实证结果表明透明网格背板具有良好的耐候性能和功率增益功能。
In this paper,the technical specifications and technical difficulties of transparent mesh backpsheet were analyzed.Inorganic nanomaterials and light conversion materials were synthesized,which made the backsheet have excellent UV resistance.Different refractive index films were prepared to improve the visible light transmittance.The white high reflective mesh coating was used on the transparent backsheet to improve the power generation efficiency of the battery module.The results show that the transparent mesh backsheet has excellent weather resistance and power gain.
