脊髓血管畸形的临床和影像学研究

The study about clinic and MRI of the vascular malformation of spinal cord

目的 :探讨脊髓血管畸形的临床和影像的诊断。方法 :通过对我院 1990～ 2 0 0 2年住院病人的回顾和研究 ,了解和进一步认识脊髓血管疾病的临床和影像特点。结果与结论 :临床应注意脊髓血管疾病早诊断并脊髓MR是脊髓血管畸形的首选方法。

Objective :To search for the diagnosis about vascular malformation of spinal cord. Method: by reviewing the cases from 1990 to 2002,we have realized the character of the vascular malformation of spinal cord. Results and Conclusion: the vascular malformation of spinal cord should be early diagnosed and the MRwould be selected firstly.
