摘要 对汽提精馏脱氨系统的物料平衡和热量平衡进行了理论计算,并将计算结果与有色冶炼工程案例中的运行指标进行了比较。结果表明,实际运行指标与理论计算结果一致,汽提精馏脱氨技术不仅能将废水氨氮去除至10mg/L以下,还可回收浓度15%以上的氨水。 Material balance and heat balance of stripping distillation deamination system were theoretically calculated,and calculated results were compared with practical operation indexes in engineering case.The results show that actual operation indexes are consistent with theoretical calculation results.Deamination technology by stripping distillation can not only remove ammonia and nitrogen of wastewater to less than10 mg/L,but also recover ammonia with concentration of 15%above.
