基于Hypermesh水田高留茬搅浆埋茬平地机打浆刀动态仿真试验 被引量:1

摘要 为研究水田高留茬搅浆埋茬平地机打浆刀在切割土壤时的应力变化规律,现以打浆刀切土相位角0°~180°为一个周期,将打浆刀的切土过程划分为6个部分进行有限元应力仿真试验。通过建立刀辊—土壤力学系统,并将其导入Hypermesh仿真软件中对打浆刀切土过程进行动态仿真,得到打浆刀切土时的应力云图与应力曲线,从云图和曲线中得出一个周期内刀辊上打浆刀工作时应力变化规律。经过综合评价和相关性分析,在打浆刀刚接触土壤,即切土相位角30°时,在刀柄与弯刀联结处出现应力最大状态,与应力曲线在动态仿真0~0.2 s过程中应力变化一致,在打浆刀侧切面刚切入土壤时,与刀柄相连部分产生最大应力,随着正切面切割土壤,应力出现扩散和回归,正切面抛土时,应力出现分布范围扩大现象,对应的应力曲线在0.2 s以后应力减小且保持稳定,且侧切面受到的平均应力是正切面平均应力的2.9倍。本探究为打浆刀优化与设计提供理论研究方向。 In order to study the stress change law of the pulping knife roller in the paddy field,the pulping knife roller was used to cut the soil.The current phase angle of the pulping cutter was 0°~180°,and the pulping knife roller was here.The soil cutting process of the beating knife was divided into 6 parts to carry out the finite element stress simulation test.The system of knife-roller-soil mechanics was established and introduced into Hypermesh to simulate the process of beating knife cutting soil.The stress cloud and stress curves of the knife roll were obtained by using the Hyperview post-processing software.The stress variation law of the pulping roller during the cycle was obtained from the cloud and the curve.After comprehensive evaluation and correlation analysis,it was concluded that the machete on the knife roll was the main stress distribution part when working.The maximum stress appears when the machete just touches the soil,and the maximum stress point was concentrated at the fold line of the machete processing,and the stress on the side section was 2.9 times the stress of the tangent plane.This research provides theoretical research direction for the optimization and design of beating knife.
