高良姜须根剪切力学特性试验研究

摘要 当前高良姜挖掘收获和须根切除主要依靠人工作业,为提高生产效率、降低生产成本,必须实现作业机械化。在须根机械化去除工艺的设计和设备的研发过程中,需要掌握高良姜须根的力学特性和物理参数,从而确定最佳工艺和最优工作部件参数。该文以成熟期高良姜须根为试验材料,利用TMS-PRO型质构仪,采用正交试验和统计分析,探索含水率、加载速率对高良姜须根剪切力学特性的影响。试验表明,含水率对高良姜须根剪切强度具有极显著影响,加载速率以及含水率与加载速度的交互作用对高良姜须根剪切强度无显著影响。试验条件下,高良姜须根剪切力范围为120.400~233.733 N,剪切强度范围为12.868~37.962 MPa。当含水率(73.04±3)%时,剪切强度均值为16.978 MPa,此时进行须根剪切去除最适宜。 At present,the harvest and fibrous roots removal of galangal mainly rely on manual work.Mechanized operation must be realized to improve production efficiency and to reduce costs.The mechanical properties and physical parameters of galangal fibrous roots are important to determine the optimal process and working parameters of working components.In this study,fibrous roots of mature galangal with different moisture content were tested by TMS-PRO texturing apparatus at different loading speed.Through orthogonal test and statistical analysis,the effects of moisture content and loading speed on the shear mechanical properties of fibrous roots were investigated.The results showed that water content had a significant effect on the shear strength of the fibrous roots,while loading speed and the interaction of moisture content and loading rate had no significant effect on it.Under the experimental conditions,the shear force of the root was 120.400~233.733 N,and the shear strength was 12.868~37.962 MPa.When the moisture content was(73.04±3)%,the average shear strength was 16.978 MPa,which was the best condition to remove the fibrous roots.
