摘要
针对聚驱含油污水在经过地面除油和现场的进一步处理要达标排放还有一定困难的问题,在某终端厂现场生化池入口和生化池出口的污水,采用三维电极进行电化学处理实验。结果表明,电流6 A处理生化出口污水,停留时间在20 min时COD为44 mg/L,处理20 min后NH3-N的质量浓度稳定在1.0 mg/L左右。电流8 A处理生化进口污水,COD在停留时间55 min后达到46 mg/L,处理20 min后NH3-N的质量浓度时达到3.28 mg/L。处理后污水含油均为0。产生的气体组分主要以O2、H2、CO2为主,电流增大更多的污染物被降解,产生CO2的量随之增加,与此时污水COD下降的趋势一致;反应中沉降物中无机物、有机物的质量分数分别为91.73%、8.27%,其中CaCO3的质量分数为75.65%。
It is still difficult for the polymer flooding oily wastewater to meet the standard discharge after being subjected to surface degreasing and further treatment at the site.In a terminal plant,the sewage of the biochemical pool entrance and the biochemical tank outlet of the site were subjected to electrochemical treatment using a three-dimensional electrode.The results showed that when the biochemical outlet sewage was treated by the current of 6 A,COD was 44 mg/L when residence time was 20 min.The mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen was stable at around 1.0 mg/L after 20 min of treatment.When the biochemical outlet sewage was treated by the current of 8 A,COD reached 46 mg/L when residence time was 55 min.The mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen reached 3.28 mg/L after 20 min of treatment.The oil in the sewage was removed completely after treatment.The component of produced gas was mainly O2,H2 and CO2.The increasing current degraded more pollutants and produced more amount of CO2 accordingly.The mass fraction of inorganic matter,organic matter and CaCO3 in sediment was 91.73%,8.27%and 75.65%respectively.
