摘要
针对炼油废水含油量高、COD高及水质波动大等特点,采用气浮、二级生化、MBR和BAF组合工艺处理炼油废水。结果表明,经处理后出水COD为8~23.9 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为0.05 mg/L,含油量为0.63~0.98 mg/L,SS质量浓度为7~10 mg/L,其去除率分别达到97.6%、99.9%、97.7%、86.7%以上,水质达到GB/T 50102-2002一级A排放标准。
In view of the characteristics of high oil content,high COD and high fluctuation of water quality in refinery wastewater and so on,the combination process of air flotation,secondary biochemistry,MBR and BAF was applied to treat refinery wastewater.The results showed that the COD,NH3-N,oil content and SS was 8~23.9 mg/L,0.05 mg/L,0.63~0.98 mg/L,7~10 mg/L respectively,and their removal rate was above 97.6%,99.9%,86.7%and 97.7%respectively after treatment.The water quality meets GB/T 50102-2002 class A discharge standard after treatment.
