Design and Realization of Marine Supervision Prototype System Based on Data Service Aggregation

为了督察工作的顺利开展,根据海洋督察的现状和特点,提出了基于协议的跨部委海洋督察信息共享模式,构建了一套基于数据服务聚合的海洋督察原型系统,实现了海洋督察数据的高效管理,实现了督察数据准备、进驻、报告、反馈、整改落实、移交移送等6大督察程序的流程化管理,提高了海洋督察的工作效率。

According to the status and characteristics of marine supervision, the agreement-based inter-ministerial information sharing mode is proposed to carry out the marine supervision smoothly. Based on data service aggregation, the marine supervision prototype system is constructed to realize the efficient management of data and the process management of marine supervision, such as the data preparation, stationing, reporting, feedback, rectification and implementation, transfer to the judiciary. The marine supervision could be accommplished smoothly by the system, and the work efficiency of marine supervision would be improved.
