摘要 针对当前煤矿综采设备中使用的高压柱塞泵在工作过程中会产生较大的噪声和零部件使用寿命短的问题,提出直线电磁驱动代替曲轴连杆驱动机构方案,以降低机械的噪声和磨损,提高其使用寿命。设计一种变频直线电磁驱动液压泵及智能控制系统,应用于煤矿综采工作面的乳化液泵站中,可较好地解决液压系统脉动冲击大、噪声大及设备维修费用高等问题。 In view of the problems of the high-pressure plunger pump used in the current coal mine fully mechanized mining equipment will produce large noise and short service life of parts and components in the process of working,put forward the scheme of replacing the crankshaft and connecting rod drive mechanism with linear electromagnetic drive,so as to reduce the noise and wear of machinery and improve its service life.A frequency conversion linear electromagnetic drive hydraulic pump and intelligent control system were designed,applied to the emulsion pump station in the coal mine fully mechanized mining face,which can better solve the large of hydraulic system pulsation impact,noise and equipment maintenance costs.
