摘要
三自由度混联振动筛采用2PRRR-P(2R)结构来实现其空间运动。针对振动筛结构特点对筛框的运动方程进行推导,并采用动力学软件对振动筛进行仿真计算。分析激振器转速和阻尼比对振动筛振幅的影响,并进一步探讨物料质量对振动筛振动特性的影响。研究结果可为三自由度混联振动筛的研发提供理论指导。
The three degree of freedom hybrid vibrating screen can move in space through adopting 2PRRR-P(2R)structure.The mode of motion of the screen frame had been derived according to the structure characteristics of the vibrating screen,and the vibrating screen had also been simulated by using dynamic simulation software.The effects of vibrator speed and damping ratia on the amplitude of vibrating screen were analyzed,and the influences of material quality on vibration characteristics of vibrating screen were further discussed.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the restarch and development of three degree of freedom hybrid vibrating screen.
