摘要 采用有限元仿真方法对某型带式输送机传动滚筒进行静力学分析。首先采用UG建立传动滚筒的三维模型,对传动滚筒不同区域进行受力分析,将三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,划分网格,定义约束以及施加载荷并求解得到传动滚筒的应力云图,仿真结果显示传动滚筒结构设计合理,满足设计要求。 The static analysis of the transmission drum of a belt conveyor was carried out by using the finite element simulation method.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the transmission drum was established by UG,and the stress analysis of different areas of the transmission drum was carried out.The three-dimensional model was imported into the ANSYS Workbench.The grid was divided,the constraints were defined and the load was applied.The stress nephogram of the transmission drum was obtained by solving the model.The simulation results show that the structure design of the transmission drum is reasonable and meets the design requirements.
