摘要
长期以来,我国在开采0.8 m以下的极薄煤层时,因没有合适的用于极薄煤层的液压支架,所以一直采用单体支护与木支柱的方式。现设计一种适用于开采0.5 m厚度的极薄煤层液压支护设备,其意义在于减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作面自动化水平,增加工作面安全性,解决我国在0.5 m采高时无液压支架支护的问题。
For a long time,when mining the extremely thin coal seam under 0.8 m in our country,there is no suitable hydraulic support for the extremely thin coal seam,so the single support and wooden pillars have been adopted.A kind of hydraulic support equipment was designed for mining 0.5 m thick thickness extremely thin coal seam.Its significance is to reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the automation level of work face,increase the safety working face,and solve the problem of no hydraulic support supporting in 0.5 m mining height.
