摘要 以隔爆电动执行器的壳体为研究对象,根据静水压受载分析计算结果,建立了壳体重要结构尺寸的优化数学模型,进行了灵敏度分析,同时对隔爆外壳进行多目标优化设计,求解6组优化设计方案。在优化前和优化后的7组方案中,采用模糊物元法和熵权法获得最佳设计方案。通过轻量化设计,在满足强度和刚度的条件下壳体质量相对优化前减少了9.8%,为矿用隔爆电动执行器的设计开发提供了理论依据。 Taking the shell of the mine flameproof electric actuator as the research object,according to the calculation results of hydrostatic pressure load analysis,an optimized mathematical model of the important structural dimensions of the shell was established,carried out sensitivity analysis.At the same time,multi-objective optimization design of flameproof shell was carried out,and achieved six groups of optimization design schemes.Among the seven sets of schemes before and after optimization,fuzzy matter-element method and entropy weight method were used to obtain the best design scheme.Through the lightweight design,the quality is reduced by 9.8%before the optimization under the conditions of satisfying the strength and stiffness,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and development of mine flameproof electric actuators.
