摘要
针对一种非对称锚杆钻臂给进杆在工作过程中受主给进油缸的偏载推力与拉力而影响锚杆钻臂工作可靠性的问题,应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对给进杆进行有限元分析。结合理论分析及有限元分析结果,对其进行了优化设计,提高了给进杆的结构强度,为该结构的优化设计提供了理论依据,对其他钻机类似结构的给进杆优化设计也具有参考价值。
In view of the reliability problem of a kind of feeding rod of asymmetric jumbolter arm which is frequently affected by the thrust and pull of the hydraulic cylinder during the working process,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the feeding rod of jumbolter arm.The design is optimized combined with theoretical analysis and finite element analysis results,which increased the structual strength of feeding rod.It provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of this structure and a reference for the optimal design of feeding rod in other type drilling rigs.
