摘要
针对目前煤矿工作面生产过程中生产环节多、工作人员多的现状,在麻家梁矿区14402工作面采用了智能化控制系统。介绍了该系统整体构架,分析了带式输送机控制系统、电液控制系统、三机和泵站控制系统的功能,阐述了系统人机界面菜单设置。与传统工作面相比,煤炭产出量和工作效率都有较大的提高,从而有效地降低了煤炭生产成本。
In view of the current situation that many production links and workers in the coal mine working face production process,the intelligent control system was adopted in the 14402 working face of Majialiang mine area.The overall framework of the system was introduced,and functions of the belt conveyor control system,electro-hydraulic control system,three machine and pump station control system were analyzed,the human-machine interface menu setting of the system was described.Compared with the traditional working face,the output and efficiency of coal have been greatly improved,and the production cost of coal is reduced effectively.
