Design of Status Monitoring System for Torque-limiting Reducer for Scraper Conveyor

限矩减速机是实现在冲击工况下链传动系统断链保护的装置。为了保证限矩减速机可靠动作,设计了一种基于PLC的刮板输送机用限矩减速机状态监测系统。根据限矩减速机的传动结构,阐述了系统的硬件组成和系统的软件设计,分析了限矩减速机的过载软保护。该系统可有效监测限矩减速机的实时工况状态,实现了在冲击工况下链传动系统的智能断链保护。

The torque-limiting reducer is a device to realize the chain-breaking protection of chain drive system under impact conditions.In order to ensure the reliable action of torque-limiting reducer,designed a status monitoring system for torque-limiting reducer for scraper conveyor based on PLC.According to the transmission structure of the torque-limiting reducer,described the hardware composition and the software design of the system,analyzed the overload soft protection of torque-limiting reducer.The system can monitor the real-time working condition of the torque-limiting reducer effectively and realize the intelligent chain-breaking protection for chain drive system under impact conditions.
