就业是最大的民生。青年就业创业不仅是他们解决生活需要、实现自我价值的基本途径,而且影响经济的稳步增长与社会的和谐稳定。当前中国经济进入新常态,粤港澳大湾区建设为广东发展带来新机遇,作为大湾区内重要城市的广州,青年就业创业呈现诸多鲜明特点:就业准备状况总体良好,就业观念日趋合理,工作压力较大,工作满意度较高,有较强创业意愿,平台经济从业人员规模庞大等。总的来看,广州青年就业创业状况良好,但也难免存在一些问题,如:择业期待较高,对就业政策了解利用程度不足,社保状况欠佳,就业保障体系有待完善等。分析和解决青年在就业创业过程中所遇到的共性问题,更好地促进青年就业创业工作成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。

Employment is vital to people’s livelihood.Youth employment and entrepreneurship are not only the basic way to meet their living needs and achieve their self-worth,but also affect the stable growth of economy and social harmony and stability.At present,China's economy has entered a period of new normal,and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has brought new opportunities for the development of Guangdong.As an important city of the the Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou has many distinctive features in youth employment and entrepreneurship.For example,most young people in Guangzhou can actively prepare for their future careers and have a reasonable concept of employment.High work pressure,high job satisfaction.Many young people in Guangzhou have entrepreneurial intention and many use the Internet as working platform.Generally speaking,the employment and entrepreneurship of Guangzhou Youth is in good condition,but there are inevitably some problems,such as excessive expectation for career,limited understanding and under-utilization of employment policies,and imperfection of social security and employment security system.Therefore,it is a subject of great importance in front of us to analyse and solve the common problems in youth employment and entrepreneurship in order to do a good job in promoting youth employment and entrepreneurship.
